PFP Asteria Camp 2015
This year, i joined the committee for the second year doing Welfare again together with both the loveliest, Ellen and Bo Yan. They are so much fun to be with! Ellen being her cute and bubbly self, and Bo Yan being his caring yet annoying and irritating self.
I actually kind of doubt my decision of doing welfare again because it means that i couldn't learn anything new. But, if not for doing welfare, i wouldn't have been able to work with the both of them. Anyway, i've learnt more doing welfare this year. And, i also took up a role of being a safety officer. Which was pretty fun. So it's all good!!
The camp this year was more or less good. Like, everyone in the committee are really friendly and nice, which made the camp more fun. Here, meet them.

Anyway, all in all, i have no regrets joining the committee, and i had fun throughout the experience along the way. Here are the rest of the pictures i have:

Tree Top Walk with #VSSKYC
Soo on the 18th of April 2015, Valarie, Shi Jue, Siew Fang, Kellin, Yue Zhen & I went on an adventure to the Tree Top Walk located at/near Mac Ritchie. And it was so much fun! Yet, very tiring. It was a pretty long time since i went on a trekking trip so um.. that's why it was so tiring. Hahaha. But the view at the Tree Top was SO WORTH the almost-one-hour trek!!! I think we covered about 8km? I think ah. AND we took A LOT of pictures. Here they are:

| And then we were sooo hungry, so we went to Saizeriya at Bukit Batok to fill our stomachs. |

And after our "lunner", we went to play laser quest! Hahaha it was so fun! Felt like a kid all over again. The last time i played laser quest was maybe 3 or 4 years ago?
Overall, it was an extremely fun and fulfilling day!
Reunion of the Best Friends
So, Rachel went on an Overseas Immersion Programme to Tian Jin for 5 weeks. When she first confirmed that she was going for this trip, the first thing that came to my mind was "NO RACHEL FOR 5 WEEKS?!?!?!?! WHAT AM I GOING TO DOOOOOOOOO... NO RANDOM SHOPPING AND EATING AND SWIM AND JOG AND BLABLABLA TRIPS?!? NOOOOO...." Yeah, but anyway i survived. HAHAHA. My 5 weeks was pretty filled with people enjoy being with, so it's all good.
SO, our first reunion after the 5 weeks was a trip to Sentosa (partly cos the entry was free hehe)!!! It was supposed to be a picnic, but i didn't bring anything.... cos i had no time. :( But Rachel brought sandwiches that she made, and we also bought Subway there. So it was still yumyum. Anyway, when we reached there, the sun was SCORCHING HOT i remembered. But we found an empty hut on the Tanjong beach, so we settled there. Thank God for the shelter. Phew.
Yes, and we tried the Bean Boozled Jelly Beans. I actually thought those Youtubers who did challenges on these were exaggerating. But i was wrong. Cos they were REALLY NASTY!! Needless to say, it was a greaaaat day!
BBQ with the secondary school friends
On the 25th April (that's one week into the school term, but nvm la still consider holiday), we had a BBQ with the usual secondary school friends whom i haven't met in a really really long time. Actually it's the guys that i haven't met in a long time cos i still meet up occasionally with the girls. I came only at the end, so there wasn't much i could catch up with. But it was still good, because i got to see all their faces after so long!
